Boxer Property Atlanta Portfolio Grows to Nearly a Million Square Feet

Boxer Property announces its acquisition of two office buildings near Atlanta. This brings Boxer’s Atlanta portfolio to more than 841,000 square feet.



Today, Houston-based Boxer Property announced its acquisition of two office buildings near Atlanta, GA. This procurement brings Boxer’s Atlanta portfolio to five buildings and more than 841,000 square feet.

Meridian is a 97,000 SF office building conveniently located at 1995 N. Park Place Atlanta, GA. 30339. The location is one block from I-75 at Windy Hill Road (exit 260) and one mile from I-285. Waterstone, a 93,000 SF property sited at 4751 Best Rd., College Park, GA. 30337 is located just minutes from the Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport with convenient access to 1-285, 1-75/85 and MARTA and Atlanta Airport Marriott. Together, these buildings total more than 190,000 square feet.
